Sudden Death

Today, I realised how soon I'm gonna die. There is so much stuff in our fridge past its best by date. Like a little jap of blackberry-apple jam. And a slightly dented tin of peaches (actually, that's in the pantry, but whatever). And an awful lot of those little Maggi sachets of stuff for food making. Also in the pantry. Plus, until yesterday we had a dodgy-looking avocado, and a slimy, enbagged lettuce. But it's all gone now, and I am experiencing the kind of euphoria which only comes along after your mother goes down to the supermarket and buys lots of nice stuff, and you put it away and tie up all the plastic bags, which she didn't pay 5 cents for, and now every time you look in the pantry it's nice and well stocked, and there's so much fresh fruit in the fruit bowls that you know it's going to go slightly mushy before you can eat it all, but that doesn't matter cos right now there's so much fresh fruit there mmmm... I love that feeling. Don't you?

But now I am slightly vexed, because I can't find an author for a webpage, and so I'm having to go with 'Unknown Author', which sounds very vague, and I really hope it won't drop me to a Merit. And yes. I know I'm slightly perfectionisty. But whatever.

But I do have a visual source (it's a picture) and it's kinda disturbing me, cos it's got a guy with a really big stick hitting another guy, and he just looks like the kinda guy who could murder an awful lot of people, and I'm wondering where he is now, and whether or not he's gonna sneak up on me next time I'm out after dark... This assignment's making me paranoid. Not good.

And I havent ignored your serious blog, Sophie. I have been thinking/am thinking about this, okay? And though I am feeling slightly guilty for posting a non-serious blog just after your serious one, I do agree with you. I have noticed some of this, and I think, maybe we should mention it to the non-blogland people sometime soon..

Okeydokey, lasagne time for me, so hoşça kalın

  2. Hoşça kalın means goodbye in Turkish. And OMG STAR TREK MOVIE. I would have gone, but no $$, blib. I am glad that it is better than Tw*****t, because otherwise it would have been humiliating. Lasagne was yum...
